The gannet is taking shape on the studio table. I’m pleased with how the cream and golden colours are working with the darker feathers and touches of teal.There’s still some painting to finish, with the tail left in pencil for now. I’m looking forward to putting the pieces together and seeing how those long wings move. Another bird on its way to becoming a moving model.
